Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Eligible Products
The following products are eligible for return:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong products delivered
- Products significantly different from description
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to mishandling by customer
- Perishable items like fresh Panchgavya products
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
